Limited Product Warranty

Reviews Everywhere is committed to providing high-quality products. This Limited Product Warranty explains the warranty coverage applicable to Reviews Everywhere NFC wristbands purchased directly through our official website or authorized sales channels.

This Limited Product Warranty is separate from our Refund & Return Policy and our Replacement Protection Policy.

1. Limited Warranty Coverage

Reviews Everywhere warrants that eligible NFC wristbands will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use for a period of twelve (12) months from the original purchase date.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

2. What Is Covered

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed during the warranty period, Reviews Everywhere may, at its sole discretion:

  • repair the product;
  • replace the product with the same model;
  • replace the product with an equivalent model if the original model is no longer available.

The chosen remedy will depend on product availability and the nature of the defect.

3. Manufacturing Defects

Examples of manufacturing defects may include:

  • NFC chip failure under normal intended use;
  • internal manufacturing faults;
  • defects in materials;
  • defects in workmanship.

Each warranty claim is individually reviewed.

4. What Is Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • accidental damage;
  • misuse;
  • abuse;
  • neglect;
  • intentional damage;
  • cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality;
  • scratches or normal wear and tear;
  • excessive force;
  • crushing or bending;
  • improper storage;
  • exposure to chemicals;
  • unauthorized repairs or modifications;
  • loss or theft;
  • damage caused by third parties;
  • damage resulting from use contrary to product instructions.

5. Water and Environmental Exposure

Reviews Everywhere products should only be used in accordance with their published specifications.

Damage resulting from environmental exposure beyond the product’s intended design is not covered by this warranty.

6. Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, please contact: office@reviewseverywhere.com

Your request should include:

  • original order number;
  • purchase email address;
  • description of the issue;
  • photographs of the product;
  • photographs of the packaging if requested;
  • a video demonstrating the reported problem where reasonably requested.

Additional information may be requested to evaluate your claim.

7. Inspection

Reviews Everywhere reserves the right to inspect products before approving any warranty claim.

Where reasonably necessary, customers may be asked to return the product for evaluation.

Products returned for inspection should not be sent until return instructions have been provided by Reviews Everywhere.

8. Shipping

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly approved by Reviews Everywhere:

  • customers are responsible for shipping products to the designated inspection address;
  • Reviews Everywhere will determine the most appropriate shipping method for approved warranty replacements.

Customers are encouraged to use tracked and insured shipping services.

9. Warranty Decisions

If a warranty claim is approved, Reviews Everywhere will determine the appropriate remedy in accordance with this Limited Warranty.

If inspection determines that the reported issue is not covered under this warranty, the claim may be declined.

10. Relationship to Replacement Protection

Replacement Protection is an optional commercial program.

It is separate from this Limited Warranty.

Replacement Protection does not extend this warranty and does not replace statutory consumer rights.

11. Limitation of Warranty

Except where prohibited by applicable law, this Limited Warranty replaces all other express warranties relating to the covered products.

Any implied warranties that cannot legally be excluded are limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this Limited Warranty excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
