Whether you’re purchasing your first NFC wristband or managing multiple business locations, our goal is to provide a secure, reliable, and privacy-conscious experience.

Privacy by Design

We believe businesses should collect only the information they actually need. Reviews Everywhere is built around the principle of data minimization.

Our platform does not require businesses to store the legal names of staff members. Instead, businesses can organize their teams using nicknames, internal identifiers, or custom labels that best fit their operations.

Secure Payments

All online payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers, including Stripe.

Reviews Everywhere does not store:

  • Credit card numbers
  • CVV codes
  • Banking credentials
  • Payment account passwords

Payment information is handled directly by the payment processor using its own security and compliance standards.

Secure Platform

We continuously invest in improving the security and reliability of our platform. Our security practices include:

  • Encrypted HTTPS/TLS communications
  • Restricted internal access to customer information
  • Secure cloud infrastructure
  • Ongoing software updates

Customer Data

We collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide our Services. Examples include:

  • Business account information
  • Business locations
  • Team nicknames or identifiers
  • Platform analytics
  • Device diagnostics
  • Product activation information

We do not require businesses to store employee first and last names.

Support Access

In limited circumstances, authorized Reviews Everywhere personnel may temporarily access customer accounts to:

  • Resolve technical issues
  • Investigate reported bugs
  • Recover account access
  • Improve platform stability
  • Investigate security incidents

Access is limited to authorized personnel and only when reasonably necessary.

Product Reliability

Our NFC wristbands are designed to provide a simple and reliable customer experience.

Premium subscriptions enhance reporting and analytics but are separate from the operation of compatible wristbands. Your wristbands continue working even if you choose not to maintain a Premium subscription.

Replacement Protection

Customers may purchase optional Replacement Protection during checkout. Replacement Protection provides eligible customers with discounted replacement wristbands and is separate from our Limited Warranty.

Transparency

We believe customers should always understand:

  • what information we collect;
  • what information we do not collect;
  • how we use customer data;
  • how our products work;
  • how our policies protect both customers and our business.

For this reason, all of our legal and customer policies are publicly available.
