17. Returns, Refunds and Order Cancellations
All purchases are subject to the Reviews Everywhere Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Customers may request a return within seven (7) calendar days from the confirmed delivery date, provided all return eligibility requirements are satisfied.
To qualify for a return:
- the product must remain unused;
- the product must not have been activated, configured, mapped, paired, or connected to a Reviews Everywhere account;
- the original packaging must be intact;
- all included accessories must be returned;
- the product must be free from damage, scratches, odors, stains, excessive handling, or any condition preventing resale as new.
Products showing signs of use are not eligible for return.
Bundle purchases must be returned in their entirety. Partial returns are not accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly approved by Reviews Everywhere.
Customers must contact our support team before returning any product. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
18. Product Defects
If you believe your product arrived damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, you must notify Reviews Everywhere as soon as reasonably possible.
To assist our investigation, we may request:
- order number;
- purchase email;
- photographs of the packaging;
- photographs of the product;
- a video clearly demonstrating the reported issue;
- additional information reasonably necessary to verify the claim.
Failure to provide sufficient information may delay or prevent claim approval.
Reviews Everywhere reserves the right to inspect all returned products before determining the appropriate resolution.
19. Shipping Damage
Visible shipping damage should be reported within seven (7) calendar days of confirmed delivery.
Customers should retain:
- the original packaging;
- shipping labels;
- protective materials;
- damaged contents.
Failure to preserve these materials may affect our ability to investigate shipping-related claims.
20. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before fulfillment processing has begun.
Once warehouse fulfillment has started, including order picking, packing, labeling, or shipment preparation, orders can no longer be cancelled.
Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled and must instead follow the applicable Return Policy.
Reviews Everywhere cannot guarantee cancellation requests submitted after fulfillment processing has begun.
21. Shipping
Estimated shipping times displayed on our website are estimates only.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on:
- destination;
- customs clearance;
- carrier delays;
- weather conditions;
- public holidays;
- force majeure events.
Reviews Everywhere is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, incorrect customer information, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, or failed delivery attempts may be charged to the customer.
22. Third-Party Services
Certain Services integrate with third-party providers including, but not limited to:
- Stripe;
- Apple;
- Google;
- mobile operating systems;
- cloud infrastructure providers;
- analytics providers;
- communication services.
Reviews Everywhere is not responsible for interruptions, outages, policy changes, or service limitations imposed by third-party providers.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
23. Software Updates
Reviews Everywhere may release updates, improvements, bug fixes, security patches, interface changes, and new functionality without prior notice.
Some updates may modify or replace existing features.
Continued use of the Services following an update constitutes acceptance of those changes.
24. Artificial Intelligence Features
Certain Services may include AI-powered functionality designed to assist businesses.
AI-generated content is provided for informational and productivity purposes only.
Customers remain solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, approving, and publishing any AI-generated content before use.
Reviews Everywhere does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, or suitability of AI-generated output.
25. Data Ownership
Customers retain ownership of the business information they upload to the Services.
By using the Services, customers grant Reviews Everywhere the limited rights necessary to host, process, store, transmit, and display such information solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of customer business data to Reviews Everywhere.
26. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us.
Our collection and processing of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
27. Account Suspension
Reviews Everywhere reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts that:
- violate these Terms;
- engage in fraudulent activity;
- abuse Replacement Protection;
- attempt unauthorized access;
- interfere with platform operations;
- distribute malware;
- violate applicable laws;
- misuse payment systems;
- attempt to circumvent platform limitations.
Account suspension may occur without prior notice where reasonably necessary to protect Reviews Everywhere, its customers, or third parties.
28. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except where prohibited by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Reviews Everywhere makes no express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
29. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reviews Everywhere shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or special damages arising out of or relating to the use of the Services.
This limitation includes, without limitation:
- loss of profits;
- business interruption;
- loss of goodwill;
- loss of data;
- loss of business opportunities;
- reputational damage.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the customer to Reviews Everywhere during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
30. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reviews Everywhere, its owners, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses, or legal fees arising from:
- your use of the Services;
- your violation of these Terms;
- your violation of applicable laws;
- your infringement of the rights of any third party.
31. Force Majeure
Reviews Everywhere shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- natural disasters;
- war;
- terrorism;
- civil unrest;
- labor disputes;
- governmental actions;
- internet outages;
- power failures;
- cloud provider failures;
- pandemics;
- transportation disruptions.
32. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will always be published on our website.
Continued use of the Services following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions.
33. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
34. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Cookie Policy, Warranty Policy, and Replacement Protection Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Reviews Everywhere regarding the Services.
