Replacement Protection Policy

Reviews Everywhere Replacement Protection is an optional program designed to provide customers with an affordable way to replace eligible NFC wristbands if they are lost, damaged, or no longer usable.

Replacement Protection is a commercial benefit offered by Reviews Everywhere. It is not an insurance policy, product warranty, maintenance agreement, or guarantee.

This Policy forms part of the Reviews Everywhere Terms & Conditions.

1. What is Replacement Protection?

Replacement Protection allows eligible customers to purchase replacement NFC wristbands at a discounted price during the applicable coverage period.

The program is intended to reduce the cost of replacing physical wristbands while maintaining a simple and transparent customer experience.

Replacement Protection applies only to eligible physical NFC wristbands purchased directly from Reviews Everywhere.

2. Availability

Replacement Protection is available only during the original checkout process.

It cannot be:

  • added after an order has been completed;
  • purchased separately at a later date;
  • applied retroactively to previous purchases.

If Replacement Protection is not selected during checkout, it cannot be added afterward.

3. Coverage

Eligible customers receive:

25% OFF the current selling price of replacement Reviews Everywhere NFC wristbands.

The replacement price is calculated using the retail price in effect at the time the replacement order is placed.

Replacement Protection does not lock in the original purchase price.

4. What Replacement Protection Covers

Replacement Protection may be used when an eligible wristband needs to be replaced due to circumstances such as:

  • accidental damage;
  • normal wear and tear;
  • loss;
  • theft;
  • cosmetic damage;
  • broken NFC housing;
  • other physical circumstances that make replacement desirable.

Approval remains subject to verification and these Terms.

5. What Replacement Protection Does NOT Cover

Replacement Protection does not provide:

  • free replacement products;
  • cash compensation;
  • refunds;
  • exchanges;
  • upgrades to different products;
  • reimbursement of shipping costs;
  • reimbursement for third-party expenses.

Replacement Protection does not guarantee unlimited replacement requests.

6. Eligibility

To qualify, customers must:

  • have purchased Replacement Protection during the original checkout;
  • provide the original order information if requested;
  • comply with this Policy;
  • not be in violation of the Reviews Everywhere Terms & Conditions.

Reviews Everywhere may request reasonable information necessary to verify eligibility.

7. Exclusions

Replacement Protection may not be used where Reviews Everywhere reasonably believes there has been:

  • fraud;
  • abuse of the program;
  • unauthorized resale;
  • commercial misuse;
  • repeated attempts to exploit discounted replacements;
  • intentional damage for financial benefit;
  • violation of applicable laws.

8. Replacement Process

To request a replacement, customers should contact: office@reviewseverywhere.com

Please include:

  • original order number;
  • purchase email address;
  • description of the reason for replacement;
  • photographs where reasonably requested.

Additional information may be requested to verify eligibility.

9. Shipping Charges

Replacement Protection applies only to the replacement product discount.

Shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, and any other applicable fees remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.

10. Non-Transferable

Replacement Protection:

  • applies only to the original purchaser;
  • applies only to the original eligible order;
  • cannot be transferred;
  • cannot be resold;
  • has no cash value.

11. Program Changes

Reviews Everywhere reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Replacement Protection program for future purchases at any time.

Changes will not affect Replacement Protection already purchased, except where required to comply with applicable law or to prevent fraud or abuse.

12. Relationship to Warranty

Replacement Protection is separate from any applicable statutory consumer rights or limited product warranty.

Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

13. Limitation

Reviews Everywhere reserves the right to deny any replacement request that does not satisfy the eligibility requirements or where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, misuse, or violation of this Policy.

Decisions made following a reasonable investigation are final, except where otherwise required by law.
