3. Prohibited Activities

4. Authentic Reviews

Reviews Everywhere is designed to help businesses collect genuine customer reviews. You agree not to use the Services to:

  • create fake reviews;
  • submit reviews on behalf of customers without their knowledge;
  • impersonate customers;
  • engage in review manipulation or fraudulent review practices;
  • use the platform for activities prohibited by review platforms such as Google or other third-party services.

Businesses are solely responsible for ensuring that their review collection practices comply with the policies of the platforms to which they direct customers.

5. NFC Products

Customers must not:

  • intentionally damage Reviews Everywhere products;
  • modify or tamper with NFC components;
  • remove embedded technology;
  • reproduce or manufacture copies of our wristbands;
  • misrepresent Reviews Everywhere products as products manufactured by another company.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account. You agree not to:

  • share your account with unauthorized users;
  • sell or transfer your account;
  • allow unauthorized access to your subscription;
  • attempt to access another customer’s account.

7. Software Restrictions

Except where expressly permitted by applicable law, you may not:

  • reverse engineer;
  • decompile;
  • disassemble;
  • copy;
  • reproduce;
  • modify;
  • create derivative works from;
  • extract source code from;
  • attempt to discover proprietary algorithms used by the Services.

8. Automated Access

You may not use bots, scripts, crawlers, automated systems, or similar technologies to:

  • overload our infrastructure;
  • scrape protected content;
  • bypass rate limits;
  • create unauthorized accounts;
  • interfere with normal platform operation.

Authorized API access, where offered by Reviews Everywhere, must be used in accordance with its applicable documentation and limitations.

You may not:

  • copy Reviews Everywhere branding;
  • reproduce our documentation;
  • distribute proprietary training materials without permission;

All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of Reviews Everywhere and its licensors.

10. Fair Use

Our Services are designed to provide a reliable experience for all customers.

Activities that place unreasonable or excessive demands on our infrastructure may result in temporary restrictions, rate limiting, suspension, or termination of access.

11. AI Features

Where AI-powered features are available:

  • customers remain responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content;
  • AI output should be verified before publication;
  • Reviews Everywhere does not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or legally compliant.

12. Enforcement

If we reasonably believe this Policy has been violated, Reviews Everywhere may, without prior notice where appropriate:

  • suspend access to the Services;
  • restrict platform functionality;
  • remove content;
  • cancel subscriptions;
  • terminate accounts;
  • refuse future purchases;
  • cooperate with law enforcement where legally required.

Our actions will be proportionate to the nature and severity of the violation.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time.

The latest version will always be published on our website.

Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
